But I’ll also bring my own experiences of dating and being in relationships in this swipe happy dating world that helps you navigate it better. Together we’ll dive deep into the root of your issues so you can understand yourself more fully and then we’ll begin to move through what’s been feeling stuck for so long, as well as working to heal those original emotional wounds. You’ll leave sessions with actionable tools and strategies to move through your day to day life with more ease. I believe that you are capable of changing their worrisome thoughts and feelings into the secure relationships you desire, and that I am the therapist to help you do so.

We’ll have a free 15 minute phone consultation. You’ll get to know me a bit more, I’ll answer any questions you may have, and then you can see if it makes sense for us to start working together.

We’ll start by having meetings weekly or every other week and we’ll explore together what you’re struggling with as well as identify the deeper source of the issue. This often times comes with healing emotional wounds. We’ll also address exactly why you started looking for a therapist to begin with- learning how to feel confident in yourself and in your relationships.
